The European Commission has launched a call for evidence on the protection of minors under the DSA.
The aim of this call for evidence is to gather information with a view to drafting guidelines to help online platform providers apply Article 28.1 of the DSA. This article requires providers to put in place measures to protect minors.
The call for contributions and the feedback method can be consulted on the European Commission's website.
Contributions are welcome until 30 September 2024.
