The Prime Minister has tasked the Centre for Cybersecurity Belgium with organising a public consultation on the preliminary draft for the law establishing a framework for the cybersecurity of network and information systems of general interest for public security (“NIS2 law”), as well as on its draft implementing Royal Decree.
