The government of the German-speaking Community has launched a project for the deployment of a passive fibre optic network (Fiber to the Home - FTTH) on its territory.
The objective of this project is to deploy a gigabit-capable fibre optic infrastructure throughout the territory of the German-speaking Community.
Within the framework of a market consultation, the state of play as well as the expansion plans of all providers with regard to the construction of VHC networks in the German-speaking Community for the next three years will be identified.
