In accordance with postal regulation, the BIPT audits the internal and external monitoring systems used to measure the delivery times.

The audit identifies 14 items where bpost’s processes are not fully compliant with the requirements defined in the European standards or the protocol.

The BIPT has asked bpost to draw up an action plan based on the non-compliances identified by the audit, taking into account all the recommendations made by Analysys Mason in the audit report.

The BIPT will monitor bpost’s action plan regarding the audit findings and, if necessary, organise a follow-up audit to ensure its correct and timely implementation.
