On 17 May 2024, the BIPT received a complaint from [XXX – the complainant].
The complaint is based on Article 99, § 2, of the Act of 21 March 1991 on the reform of certain economic public companies.
Following receipt of a registered letter from the company [XXX – the operator] informing him that [XXX – the operator] intended to install a cable via the facade of his home, the complainant replied that he refused this installation.
After having examined the complaint, the BIPT concludes that [XXX – the operator]’s proposal constitutes the most efficient solution and that these works can be carried out.
