Decision of the BIPT Council of 17 December 2014 regarding the withdrawal of the user rights for the 10238-10294 / 10588-10644 MHZ frequencies for radio access granted to Evonet

This decision withdraws the user rights for the frequencies granted to Evonet as the latter never used the frequencies since it obtained the corresponding user rights in 2009.
