This memorandum concerns the procedure for the granting of rights of use for 15 MHz duplex in the 2.6 GHz band, which will be organised by BIPT.
The following amendments have been made compared to the version published on 20 February 2020:
- Extension of the rights of use (points 36 to 38)
- Clarification on the amount of the fees (point 65)
- New deadline for the submission of applications and new timing (points 73 and 222)
