On 15 March 2017 the Market Court annulled the BIPT Decision of 25 August 2016 regarding the wholesale tariffs for fixed call termination services for procedural reasons.
The Court reproaches BIPT for not having consulted the Belgian Competition Authority, which was necessary according to the Court as a new method was used to lay down the tariffs.
