This decision establishes the tariffs applicable by Belgacom for the following services:
- call origination in the network of Belgacom (“collecting”)
- call termination in the network of Belgacom (“terminating”).
Its adoption follows a judgement of 16 June 2006 of the Brussels Court of Appeal rejecting the regulatory provisions aiming at depriving BIPT of the possibility to impose amendments to the reference offer at any moment and the provisions determining the validity period of the reference offer (point 31 of the judgement).
Belgacom lodged an appeal against that decision and then withdrew its action.
