Following the decision on the analysis of the broadband and television broadcasting markets of 29 June 2018, BIPT reviewed SLA’s and compensation calculation of the BRUO, Bitstream xDSL and Bitstream GPON reference offers of Proximus.

By this appeal, Telenet intends to contest the objections raised by the BIPT in this decision and asks for a reclassification of the infringement and a revision of the amount of the fine imposed.
