Citymesh asked BIPT to add the municipalities of Kortrijk to the current licence. BIPT has been tasked by the legislator with the monitoring of the compliance with several obligations imposed on bpost. In this respect, a monitoring was carried out in May 2018 concerning a selection of services of general economic interest for which bpost receives compensation within the framework of the 6th management contract concluded between the Belgian State and bpost.
