Decisions of 29 November 2006, 6 June 2007 and 2 July 2008 – BRUO tariff blocks and tie cables

These decisions aim at setting the prices of the “blocks” and “tie cables” elements of the BRUO reference offer. BIPT set cost-oriented tariffs based on a bottom-up model.

Following appeals lodged by Belgacom, these decisions were annulled by the Brussels Court of Appeal on 19 May 2009.
