This decision aims to revise the tariffs of the wholesale services the provision of which is imposed on the cable network operators who are active in the bilingual Brussels-Capital Region (Brutélé, Coditel and Telenet). The wholesale services involved are:
- Resale of analogue television services;
- Access to the digital television platform;
- Resale of broadband services.
