The annual postal observatory, published by the BIPT based on the postal operators’ aggregated data, shows that the postal sector’s turnover has again taken a clear 4.1% leap forward.
In the parcel segment, which already accounts for over two thirds of postal turnover, the number of parcels sent rose again following the decrease in 2022.
By contrast, the letter post volume continued to slide under the limit of 100 items per inhabitant.
