Pursuant to Article 13 of the Digital Services Act (DSA) providers of intermediary services (as defined in Article 3 of the DSA) which do not have an establishment in the Union but which offer services in the Union must designate a legal or natural person to act as their legal representative in one of the Member States where the provider offers its services.
By means of a form the providers concerned can designate such a person.
The completed form must be sent to the BIPT at dsa@bipt.be.
