In its new price comparison regarding fixed and convergent (offers including both fixed and mobile services) telecommunications services, the BIPT has adapted the consumption profiles used in its study to reflect changes in consumer preferences and developments in the Belgian telecommunications market.
Two points can be made: regardless of the consumption profile, consumers looking for an attractive solution in terms of cost and quality benefit from comparing offers and they should not hesitate to consider choosing different operators for their fixed and mobile needs (mixed solution).
We can see that the greatest savings opportunities concern the 6 converging profiles where the highest annual savings can reach €663 by opting for a mixed solution.
