This contract covers the provision of a bilingual French-Dutch receptionist at the BIPT premises.
The task assigned to the personnel provided by the tenderer is to welcome the BIPT's internal and external customers who come to the company's premises or contact the BIPT by telephone. The assignment also covers the management of the meeting rooms and their preparation.
Tenders must be received by the contracting authority by 10 a.m. on 16 September at the latest. Electronic tenders must be submitted via the e-Procurement platform.
