This tender concerns the classifying of Belgian municipalities according to their fibre-friendliness.
The mission is twofold:
- Firstly, establishing a list of assessment criteria allowing to assess the fibre-friendliness of a municipality in an objective and simple manner.
- Next, the final assessment of the municipalities, resulting in a list including a motivated ranking of municipalities and a narrative report. Each municipality in which fibre is being rolled-out or fibre roll-out is scheduled, shall be evaluated on the manner in which it tackles the roll-out of new telecom networks.
