At the request of the Minister of Telecommunications, the BIPT is organising a consultation on the draft Royal Decree on the determination of the speed of adequate broadband Internet access within the framework of the universal service.
This consultation aims at providing transparency to the sector concerning the determination process of the minimal speed and gathering any useful remarks aiming at adapting, if necessary, this draft Royal Decree.
