Within the exclusive bands assigned by the BIPT, operators may set up radio-relay links without prior authorisation from the BIPT. Currently, the fee is payable per radio-relay link. To encourage a more efficient use of the spectrum by the operators, it is proposed to implement a fee mechanism per MHz for the exclusive bands.
