On 1 September 2020, the BIPT adopted a decision on the reference offer of Proximus regarding IP interconnection (PRIO). This decision lays down the amendments Proximus must make to its draft reference offer regarding IP interconnection. In that context, and taking the BIPT Decision of 26 May 2017 on call termination on mobile networks into account, this communication aims at clarifying the obligations in terms of IP interconnection imposed on operators who have significant market power on the mobile termination market.
