Judgement of the Court of Cassation annulling the judgement of the Market Court of 4 September 2019 – Spectrum fee Proximus

This judgement of the Court of Cassation annuls the judgement of the Market Court rejecting as inadmissible the appeal by Proximus regarding the fee owed by Proximus for the year 2019 for the use of the radio spectrum in the 2.1 GHz frequency band.
