In accordance with Article 6/2, §1er, of the Postal Act, postal service providers who provide or use parcel delivery services are obliged to communicate to the BIPT, every six months, a report. The draft decision lays down the terms for the communication of this report in accordance with Article 6/2, §2, of the Postal Act.
