Following the entry into force of the Act of 21 December 2021 transposing the European Electronic Communications Code and modifying various provisions regarding electronic communications, which modifies Article 111/2 of the Act of 13 June 2005 on electronic communications (thereafter “ECA”), the BIPT would like to gather/collect contributions/input on a draft Royal Decree determining the detailed rules for applying the reimbursement of possible remaining credit within the framework of Article 111/2, § 1, subparagraph 5, of the Act of 13 June 2005 on electronic communications.

BIPT designates the 077 number range as the number range to be provided for under Article 11(2)(1) of the ECA for worldwide use.

This Decision repeals the BIPT Council Decision of 7 January 2021 regarding the composition of the board referred to in the Royal Decree of 5 May 2006 laying down a conciliation procedure before the Belgian Institute for Postal Services and Telecommunications for the year 2021.
