The frequency bands used for railway or aeronautical radiocommunication services, the disruption of which may impact the protection of human life, and thus subject to the notification referred to in Article 15/1, paragraph 3, subparagraph 4, of the ECA are the following: 1° 74.8 - 75.2 MHz; 2° 108 - 137 MHz; 3° 328.6 - 335.4 MHz; 4° 874.4 - 880 MHz; 5° 919.4 - 925 MHz; 6° 960 - 1350 MHz; 7° 1559 - 1610 MHz; 8° 2700 - 2900 MHz; and 9° 4200 - 4400 MHz.
