This draft decision proposes to deregulate the market for fixed and mobile call termination. BIPT hereby follows the European Commission, which no longer included these markets in its most recent list of relevant markets (recommendation 2020).
Decision of 14 November 2023 on the withdrawal of spectrum granted to iSea at 700 MHz for the establishment and operation of a transmission installation in the Belgian exclusive economic zone in the North Sea

This decision provides that iSea N.V. no longer possesses user rights for the 713-723/768-778 MHz block to provide public electronic communications services or public electronic communications networks in the Belgian exclusive economic zone in the North Sea.
