Interlocutory judgement of 14 February 2020 on the appeal filed by Viasat concerning the implementation of the Royal Decree of 11 February 2013 on systems providing mobile satellite services

Before taking its decision, the court decided to refer two questions to the Court of Justice of the European Union for preliminary ruling regarding the interpretation of the Decision of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 June 2008 on the selection and authorisation of systems providing mobile satellite services (MSS)
