The following decisions have been adopted or are being adopted following the market analysis of 29 June 2018:
- Decision of 26 May 2020 on the access tariffs to cable networks
- Decision of 25 March 2021 on the approval of the reference offers
- Decision of 24 June 2021 on the “one-time fees” and the “SLA Pro Repair” of the cable operators
- Decision of 9 November 2021 concerning the request for dispute resolution submitted by VOO SA and Brutélé against Orange Belgium SA (interim one-off tariffs)
- 19 July 2023: Preliminary consultation on Wyre’s reference offer for wholesale central access and wholesale access to and sale of television services
