This cooperation produced four separate draft decisions aimed at imposing the following obligation on the various cable operators: they must provide any operator who so wishes with access to their digital television platform, to a resale offer for their analogue television offer and to a resale offer for Internet access.
The cable operators concerned are AIESH (only for the resale of their analogue television offer), Brutélé, Numéricable, Tecteo and Telenet.
