Fraudsters send more and more often phishing emails that seem to be coming from a reliable source such as a bank or government body.
Their purpose is to diddle their victims out of personal information they can use to commit fraud.
The texts are hard to recognise as messages coming from fraudsters.
At the request of the Minister of Telecommunications you can find here the specifications for the second part of the project with a call to interested operators to submit a file with a view to investing in an antiphishing platform.
The deadline for submitting applications (see specifications) is 3rd March 2023 24 March 2023.
