This opinion regards a preliminary draft Royal Decree determining the deadlines for answering certain written questions and written complaints from end-users of providers of publicly available electronic communications services other than number-independent interpersonal communications services.
The BIPT issues a favourable opinion with regard to Articles 3 and 4 of the preliminary draft, but considers that Articles 1 and 2 of the RD should not reduce the deadlines established in the Charter for customer friendliness.
