The annual report on electronic communications and TV market figures indicates that the fixed Internet lines with a minimum 1 Gbps download speed have increased by 59% in one year’s time, although the majority of the 1 Gbps lines sold is still based on the cable network (57%).

This goes hand in hand with a large increase in fixed Internet traffic, which has doubled in four year’s time.

Fixed Internet is still bought mostly as part of a bundle, but it is the first time that the number of private customers having a bundle has decreased.
